    We bought a raspberry champagne cake for my daughters birthday on Saturday. It’s always been our favorite. THIS cake was dry, the raspberry was almost not detectable and it was a pretty big disappointment. I took pictures if you’d like to see them.

      I am so sorry to hear about your Champagne Raspberry cake you had purchased this last Saturday.
      If you can send me a picture, just so I can show my bakers, that would be great. We have gone through so many cakes, that I am wondering if they just didn’t get the Rasberry in the layers.
      Anyway, did you get the 9 inch? or the 6 inch, so I can make sure you get a replacement cake.
      We can send you a gift card for you to use any time or we can make sure we hold one for pick up when is convenient for you.

      I was wondering if you received my reply to your letter?
      I did find your order and I see it was a 6 inch Champagne Raspberry cake.
      I just wanted to know if you wanted me to replace your cake or send out a Gift Card, for 29.00.
      Please let me know, so I can proceed with your replacement.
